Shipping & Returns
We offer three methods of shipment for your convenience:
- Express Shipping: Choose express shipping for an additional USD 50. Your package will be prioritized, typically arriving within 1 business day in the USA and Canada and within 2 to 4 business days in the UK, Europe, and Australia, depending on your location.
- Standard Shipping: Opt for standard shipping with an extra charge of USD 30. Delivery may take 3 to 4 business days within the USA and Canada and 7 to 10 business days in the UK, Europe, and Australia, depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping, where you won’t incur additional charges. Please note that free shipping may take longer as we prioritize urgent orders with express and standard shipping. It may take up to 3 days for us to dispatch your package, and delivery may take up to 15 days since we’ll be using regular registration with a cost of just USD 7. The exact delivery time will depend on the shipping company’s schedule. Generally, clients with experience have reported an average of 15 days for their package to arrive at their address.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we approve your request, we will process your refund and automatically apply the credit to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as they may take some time to officially post your refund.
Next contact your bank. We often take some time to process a refund before posting it.

Sale items
We refund only regularly priced items and do not refund sale items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If you purchased the item as a gift and had it shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the buyer didn’t mark the item as a gift or had it shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
